This renovation project is the first 3 stars Ibis Style Hotel in Johor Bahru, near to the Nusajaya Technology Park, connected to NS Sport Centre and forming a commercial complex. The 13-storey hotel has 152 rooms, supported by a wide array of facilities including dining restaurant, retail shops, function and conference rooms. The renovation mainly consists of interior design works led by an Indonesia based interior designer, with the building code compliance spearheaded by SFS Architecture.
